Refund policy

Every product we sell comes with a written 12-month warranty.

12-month warranty

Covers hardware faults on the unit you received — screen, keyboard, motherboard, ports, battery and charging. If something stops working within 12 months of delivery, message us on WhatsApp. We repair it, replace it, or refund it.

Not covered: physical damage, liquid damage, cracked screens, software problems caused after delivery, or any unit opened or repaired somewhere else.

15-day returns

Changed your mind? Send it back within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. The product must come back in the same condition it arrived, with the charger and everything else that came in the box.

  2. Tell us what's wrong — a short video helps us move faster
  3. We arrange collection, or you drop it at the shop
  4. Refunds are processed within 7 working days of us receiving the unit

Refunds

Cash on Delivery orders are refunded in cash or by bank transfer. Card orders are refunded to the same card.

What "renewed" means

Our laptops are renewed business laptops. Every unit is cleaned and checked by hand in our Sharjah shop before it ships — battery, screen, keyboard, ports and charging. The cosmetic grade of each unit (for example, Renewed Max) is shown on its product page and describes physical appearance only. If anything is unclear before you buy, message us and we'll send a photo or video of the exact unit.
