We're a shop, not a website that disappears.

Most people buying a used laptop in the UAE have the same fear. You transfer the money. The laptop arrives. Something's wrong with it. And suddenly nobody answers the phone.

We built Top Tech UAE so that fear stops being the price you pay for saving money.

Where we are

JNP Signal, Malhia Road, Industrial Area 2, Sharjah.

That's a real address with a real door. Come in, pick up any laptop on the shelf, open it, type on it, check the battery, plug in your USB drive. Take your time. Nobody will rush you.

If it's right, take it home the same day. If it isn't, walk out. That's it.

What we actually sell

Business machines — Dell Latitude, HP EliteBook, Lenovo ThinkPad. Not consumer laptops built to last two years. These were made for companies that needed them working every day for five.

When offices upgrade, the machines come to us. We test them, restore them, and sell them for a fraction of what they cost new. A laptop that was AED 4,000 three years ago is AED 849 today, and it will still handle your workday.

How we test

Every unit, by hand, before it leaves:

Battery health under real load, not just a quick reading. Screen checked for dead pixels and pressure marks. Every key on the keyboard. Every port. Charging behaviour. Wi-Fi and webcam. Windows installed clean, fully activated.

We find problems before you do. That's the whole job.

We tell you what you're buying

Renewed means used. These laptops have been somewhere before. Some have light marks on the lid or the palm rest. We don't hide that, and we don't photograph around it.

What we promise is that the machine works, and that we stand behind it in writing: 14-day hardware warranty, 15-day returns.

We will never call a renewed laptop "brand new" or "sealed". If someone in this business tells you that at these prices, walk away.

Pay when you're holding it

Cash on Delivery across the UAE. The driver hands you the laptop, you hand over the money. No advance transfer to a stranger.

Delivery is a flat AED 10 to every emirate — Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah. Or collect from the shop and pay nothing for delivery.

Tell us what you need the laptop for and what you can spend. We'll tell you which one fits — and if the cheaper one does the job, we'll say so.

Small businesses

We supply 3 to 10 machines to teams across Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman, with a proper invoice and someone to call when a unit needs attention.
